Guided mushroom walk

Discover the surprising world of fungi:

• During the walk, Aurelija will share some of the most fascinating stories from the fungal world: what fungi actually are, how they shape and reshape the world around us, the strategies they use to spread and survive, and many other surprising facts.

• You will see fungi growing in the forest and learn how to notice their unusual colors, shapes and forms.

• You will spend an engaging and enjoyable time outdoors in the forest.

Expect to be surprised more than once. After this walk, you may never look at the forest in quite the same way again.

HOW DOES THE WALK WORK?

• Depending on the specific event, we usually walk around 3 km. Some walks may cover up to 10 km.

• Walks take place in different locations, including city parks and forests.

• We explore the area together and talk about the fungi we find along the way.

Children under 5 participate free of charge.

More detailed information, including the meeting point and practical details, will be sent by email a few days before the event.
