Vitamin D and crazy fungi

👀One of the features that makes mushrooms more like us is their ability to make vitamin D in sunlight!

Mushrooms growing in the forest already have vitamin D because they get sunlight while growing. However, even store-bought champignons, which usually do not see the light of day, can be saturated with vitamin D. 😮How to do it? Simple! 👉Before cooking, leave the champignons (preferably cut) in the daylight on the windowsill and they will significantly increase vitamin D. 🤓
