Get to know LION's MANE mushroom and what makes it special

LION'S MANE - ("lion's mane", scientific name: Gericius, Latin: Hericium erinaceus) is a medicinal mushroom, which is like the Einstein of the mushroom world, not only by its hairstyle, but also by its properties!

Despite its somewhat frivolous, hippy-party appearance, Lion's Mane is like your personal brain trainer, helping brain neurons to connect better, which can lead to improved memory and concentration.

In addition to helping your brain work like a smoke, Lion's Mane also boosts your mood! In other words, with Lion's, every working day will be like a party for me, not a hectic work marathon.

Unfortunately, you will not find this beauty in the forests of Lithuania. If it grows anywhere, it is a terribly rare guest. A little more common, but still very rare, is its cousin, the Coral thorn, which grows in Lithuania.

But the good news is that Lion's mane grows well in a man-made environment. And mushrooms grown by responsible growers can be used to make mushroom supplements or just for eating. Because this mushroom is one of the gourmet edible mushrooms.
