September 1st again...
Dalintis
🎈 The long-awaited September 1st! It's about to start:
- denser traffic jams, aka you will have to get up earlier ⏰
- puzzles about what to put in the children's snacks 🥪 so that they taste some quality food, not just popcorn from a classmate's box
- more frequent door knocks in the evening 🧨, especially in September, when the child is tired of significant changes in everyday life
- "I don't have anything to wear" trouble when the whole closet is turned over and the child is still half-naked 🤦♀️
📌📌📌 We don't know how old your child is (if you have any at all), but if you identify with the "long-awaited pleasures" described above, our personal recommendations for welcoming autumn more smoothly are as follows:
- use this week to practice getting up earlier ⏰ (after 15 minutes every morning earlier and earlier is really manageable!)
- plan at least a few days' worth of snack boxes (shaved and cut lengthwise carrots 🥕 is one of the snacks that children like and are perfect for parents)
- if you have the opportunity, push the start of the clubs 🤸♀️ a couple of weeks further into September - the child will settle in at school, then he will be able to dive into new acquaintances and activities
- view the accumulated wardrobe right now 👕 👖 🧣. Be empathetic. Sometimes those pants (especially jeans) can tighten, squeeze, restrict movements. Offer the child to put together the clothes from the evening to wear in the morning. Shifting responsibility here works wonders.
🧘 and most importantly - take care of yourself.
